NOW Arena Events and Tickets in Hoffman Estates

NOW Arena is an 11,000-seat indoor venue in Hoffman Estates, about 25 miles northwest of Chicago. Its flexible layout supports concerts, Windy City Bulls basketball, Chicago Bandits softball, and other events, giving fans several ways to experience live entertainment in the northwest suburbs. Find event and ticket information at ticketsrosemont.com.

Venue Information

Opened in 2006, the arena is designed to accommodate both sports and live performances. Its lower bowl surrounds the floor or court, while club and upper levels offer different sightlines and amenities. Concert floor setups vary by event and may feature general admission standing or reserved seating.

Seating choice can make a meaningful difference to your visit. Lower-bowl seats near center court work well for basketball, while concertgoers may prefer seats close to the stage or floor admission when available. Club-level seating adds access to premium lounges, and the upper level offers elevated views at a more affordable price point.

• Lower bowl: Close views of the floor or court; center sections are a strong choice for sports.
• Club level: Mid-arena sightlines with premium lounge access and enhanced amenities.
• Upper level: Elevated panoramic views and a budget-conscious option.
• Concert floor: Configuration varies by show, with general admission standing or reserved seating possible.

Ticket prices and availability depend on the event, seating location, and demand. Compare available sections before purchasing, and check the event's seating configuration so you know whether the floor is reserved or standing-room admission.

Large on-site surface lots are available at 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway. Parking charges vary by event, and payment is cashless, with debit and credit cards accepted. Pre-pay discounts may be available online through the arena's official parking information.
