NOW Arena is an 11,000-seat multi-purpose indoor arena in Hoffman Estates, IL, approximately 25 miles northwest of Chicago. The venue hosts concerts, Windy City Bulls basketball, Chicago Bandits softball, and major touring events.
- Lower Bowl: Sections surrounding the floor/court offering the closest views for both concerts and sporting events. Best sections are the center sideline areas for sports and the sections nearest the stage for concerts.
- Club Level: Premium seating with access to exclusive lounges and enhanced amenities. Offers excellent mid-arena sightlines.
- Upper Level: Elevated sections with panoramic views at more affordable price points.
- Floor/GA: For concerts, the floor can be configured as general admission standing or reserved seating — offering the most immersive experience closest to performers.
We recommend lower bowl center sections for the best overall concert and sports experience. Upper level sections are a great budget-friendly alternative with solid elevated views.

NOW Arena offers abundant on-site parking in large surface lots at 5333 Prairie Stone Pkwy, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192. All parking is cashless — only debit and credit cards are accepted.

- Accessible Parking: Available in designated spots near the main arena entrance. Contact the venue for specific accessible parking information.
The arena is easily accessible from I-90 (Jane Addams Memorial Tollway). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off is available near the main entrance. Official restaurant partner Hideaway Brew Garden (5510 Prairie Stone Pkwy) is within walking distance of the arena.
